Our parent organization, RSC Group , operates in the steel industry, specializing in trading and manufacturing of industrial steel products. We are looking for a senior, hands-on professional to manage end-to-end Marketing and PR for both SaltBuzz and RSC Group . Role Summary We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Head of Marketing & PR who will own the complete marketing, branding, and public relations function. The candidate will ensure strong brand presence across digital platforms, media, industry forums, award functions, business conclaves, and events. This role requires a mix of strategy, execution, stakeholder management, and industry positioning . Key Responsibilities1. Brand & Marketing Strategy Develop and execute an end-to-end marketing and branding strategy for SaltBuzz and RSC Group . Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all platforms. Position both brands as credible, visible, and authoritative within their respective industries. 2. Digital & Social Media Management Own and manage all social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn , and any other relevant channels. Plan, create, and oversee content calendars, campaigns, reels, posts, and thought-leadership content. Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and brand recall. Coordinate with designers, videographers, and content creators as required. 3. Public Relations (PR) & Media Relations Handle end-to-end PR strategy and execution for both brands. Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses, journalists, and PR agencies. Draft and publish press releases, media notes, company announcements, and leadership features. Ensure regular media coverage across print, digital, and industry publications. 4. Awards, Events & Industry Presence Identify, apply for, and manage participation in award functions , business conclaves , industry forums , and trade events . Ensure strong brand representation at national and international events. Coordinate speaking opportunities, panel discussions, sponsorships, and exhibitions. Manage end-to-end event branding, communication, and follow-ups. 5. Corporate & Leadership Branding Build personal branding for promoters and leadership across LinkedIn and media platforms. Manage corporate storytelling, case studies, success stories, and milestones. Position RSC Group as a strong player in the steel and industrial manufacturing ecosystem. 6. Marketing Operations & Coordination Manage marketing budgets and agency/vendor relationships. Work closely with internal stakeholders, sales teams, and leadership. Ensure timelines, deliverables, and ROI for all marketing and PR initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications 6–10+ years of experience in Marketing, Branding, and PR (B2B experience preferred). Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, and PR execution . Prior experience handling industrial, manufacturing, or B2B brands is a strong advantage. Proven experience with media relations, awards management, and industry events . Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
