Role Overview

PR & Branding Specialist


Key Responsibilities

Public Relations & Media Management

  • Build and manage strong relationships with financial, business, and tech media.
  • Draft, review, and distribute press releases, media statements, and editorial content.
  • Prepare leadership teams for media interactions, interviews, and PR opportunities.
  • Track media coverage, manage PR dashboards, and ensure consistent brand presence.

Corporate Communications

  • Develop high-quality internal & external communication assets (blogs, leadership articles, newsletters, whitepapers).
  • Maintain consistent messaging across markets, business units, and product lines.
  • Support communication for events, product launches, awards, and recognitions.

Branding & Thought Leadership

  • Conceptualize and execute brand campaigns tailored to the BFSI and B2B technology audience.
  • Strengthen Intellect’s brand positioning in digital banking, payments, lending, and cash management domains.
  • Manage storytelling for customer success stories, product showcases, and innovation narratives.

Content Creation & Marketing Assets

  • Create high-impact content such as:
  • Product brochures
  • Case studies
  • Leadership narratives
  • Social media campaigns
  • Event collaterals
  • Ensure all content aligns with Intellect’s style, tone, and brand guidelines.

Event & Campaign Support

  • Partner with marketing teams for global events, analyst briefings, webinars, and conferences.
  • Support brand visibility across digital channels, awards participation, and partnership announcements.


Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have

  • 5–8 years of experience in

    PR, Corporate Communications, or Branding

    .
  • Exposure to

    Banking / Financial Services / FinTech / Enterprise B2B

    industries.
  • Strong command of written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage media relationships and handle PR escalations.
  • Experience creating high-quality content for CXO audiences.
  • Strong storytelling and branding skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience in digital banking, financial technology, or SaaS.
  • Ability to manage PR agencies and marketing vendors.
  • Understanding of digital communication channels and analytics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or similar fields.
  • MBA is mandate
