About the Role We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural & Interior Design Draughtsman / Renderer to support our design team in delivering exceptional high-end residential and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate combines technical precision with an eye for aesthetics — translating design concepts into accurate drawings and high-quality 3D visuals. You will work closely with architects, interior designers, and product teams to develop drawings, renders, and layouts that bring creative visions to life. Key Responsibilities Design Documentation Prepare detailed architectural and interior working drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details. Convert conceptual sketches and design intent into precise AutoCAD/Revit drawings ready for production and site execution. Coordinate with design and site teams to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with standards. Maintain drawing libraries and version control for all projects. 3D Visualization & Rendering Create high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renders for client presentations. Work on product placement, furniture layouts, lighting composition, and material visualization. Develop mood boards and presentation layouts in coordination with the design team. Ensure all render outputs meet brand and project aesthetics, especially for luxury spaces. Coordination Collaborate with design leads and project managers to ensure timely delivery of drawings and renders. Liaise with vendors and fabricators for design detailing, materials, and joinery integration. Participate in design discussions and contribute creative ideas where relevant. Skills & Qualifications Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering. 3–6 years of experience as a draughtsman or visualizer in interior/architecture studios. Proficiency in: AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent CAD software SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Rhino for 3D modeling V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion for rendering Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign for presentation layouts Strong understanding of materials, finishes, joinery, and detailing. Ability to interpret and visualize design concepts accurately. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills. Preferred Attributes Prior experience with luxury residential or hospitality interiors. Sense of composition, lighting, and texture realism in renders. Collaborative attitude with openness to feedback and iteration. Ability to manage multiple deliverables within tight timelines.
