Role Overview: As an Architectural & Interior Design Draughtsman / Renderer at CURIO, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design team by translating design concepts into accurate drawings and high-quality 3D visuals for high-end residential and hospitality projects. Your technical precision and eye for aesthetics will be key in bringing creative visions to life. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed architectural and interior working drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details. - Convert conceptual sketches and design intent into precise AutoCAD/Revit drawings ready for production and site execution. - Create high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renders for client presentations. - Coordinate with design and site teams to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with standards. - Work on product placement, furniture layouts, lighting composition, and material visualization. - Collaborate with design leads and project managers to ensure timely delivery of drawings and renders. - Liaise with vendors and fabricators for design detailing, materials, and joinery integration. Qualifications Required: - 3-6 years of experience as a draughtsman or visualizer in interior/architecture studios. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, among others. - Strong understanding of materials, finishes, joinery, and detailing. - Ability to interpret and visualize design concepts accurately. - Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
