Graphic Designer

Location: Panaji, Goa (on-site)

Job Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 1+ year of creative design experience

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree/ Certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
Assist in creating visually compelling graphics for social media, web, and print.
Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design.
Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery.
Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics.
Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services.
Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Maintain brand consistency throughout all our projects
Stay up to date with industry developments and tools.
Collaterals, product packaging, and other marketing materials to be conceptualised and designed with great accuracy and taste.
Ensure all designs and concepts are in line with brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive visual identity and reinforcing brand messaging through minimalist design approaches.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback is what will glue us together.
