launching, and optimizing campaigns that generate awareness, drive qualified traffic, and convert
leads into customers. This role is ideal for someone who is data-savvy, highly organized, and

• Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (paid media, SEO,
email, social media, content syndication).
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and
programmatic platforms.
• Drive SEO/SEM strategy, content optimization, backlinking, and technical SEO
improvements.
• Manage marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing, scoring, and handoff to
sales.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (CTR, CPL, CAC, ROAS, etc.).
• Work with content, design, and product marketing teams to ensure messaging
consistency across campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and emails to improve conversions.
• Build landing pages and campaign-specific microsites using low-code or CMS tools.
• Own marketing dashboards and lead attribution across the funnel.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B
or SaaS environment. Travel domain is a plus.
• Proven track record of managing high-performing campaigns across paid, organic, and
email channels.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Solid understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, and conversion
optimization.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.

• Mailchimp, Klaviyo, SendGrid, or ConvertKit
• Unbounce, Instapage, or Webflow for landing pages
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager
• Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or Supermetrics
• UTM builder tools, Funnel.io, or Heap
• Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (ad creatives, banners, etc.)
• WordPress, Contentful, or Webflow (CMS)
• Notion, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp (project management)
• Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and tools.
• Familiarity with CRO tools like VWO or Optimizely.• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS or no-code tools for website customization.
• Previous work in a fast-paced startup or tech company.
