The primary function of this role is to plan develop and execute a promotions and sponsorships activation initiatives that will support the growth objective of the business, while enhancing brand equity of the concerned brand. This role will work with channel managers, marketing effectiveness specialist, brand and comms team and sales to make sure activations have a strong ROI and are aligned with strategy brand and communication strategies. This role will also work closely with global sponsorship, category management team, leverage industry trends, consumer insights to be able to design promotions and activations that will have a high positive impact on the business. This role requires a deep understanding of the market, consumer behavior, competitive dynamics. The person in this role will be responsible for managing budget, analyzing program and activations performance and untapping insights and learnings to optimize future programs. .
