Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Personality to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by identifying leads, building strong client relationships, and promoting our cybersecurity services through effective sales and marketing strategies. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Bangalore The Sales & Marketing Analyst will be responsible for analysing market trends, conducting marketing analytics, and providing sales support. Daily tasks will include data analysis, developing marketing strategies, monitoring sales performance, and communicating with different departments to enhance sales marketing efforts. Being a startup, there will be plenty of opportunity to gain diverse rich experiences that no big companies could provide. Key Responsibilities - Identify and generate new business opportunities in cybersecurity consulting and compliance services. - Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through calls, emails, meetings, and networking. - Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service offerings. - Collaborate with the technical team to align solutions with client requirements. - Execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to build brand awareness. - Manage social media presence, email campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives. - Track sales performance, prepare reports, and meet revenue targets. - Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, competitors, and market dynamics. Requirements - Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. - 13 years of experience in sales/marketing (B2B preferred).
