Job Description

Job Title: Manager Branding & Business Strategy

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Development:

  1. Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive brand strategies to achieve company objectives and market positioning.
  2. Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and consumer
  3. insights to identify opportunities and inform brand decisions.
  4. Define and articulate the brand's unique value proposition, mission, vision, and core values.
  5. Oversee the development and evolution of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in all visual and verbal communications.

Brand Management & Execution:

  1. Lead the execution of brand initiatives across various channels, including digital, print, events, and partnerships.
  2. Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, Sales, Communications) to ensure brand alignment and integration in all activities.
  3. Manage and maintain brand assets, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible.
  4. Monitor brand health metrics, track performance, and provide regular reports on brand e1ectiveness.

Campaign & Content Collaboration:

  1. Work closely with the marketing team to integrate brand strategy into
  2. content creation, campaigns, and promotional materials.
  3. Provide brand guidance and feedback on creative assets to ensure they meet brand standards and objectives.

Agency & Vendor Management:

  1. If applicable, manage relationships with external marketing, creative, or PR agencies, ensuring their work aligns with brand strategy.
  2. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables with external partners.

Innovation & Trends:

  1. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in branding and marketing.
  2. Proactively identify opportunities for brand innovation and di1erentiation.

Required Skills & Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  2. 10+ years of progressive experience in brand development and brand strategy roles.
  3. Prior experience working at a marketing or creative agency is highly preferred.
  4. Proven track record of successfully developing, launching, and managing brands.
  5. Deep understanding of branding principles, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
  6. Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable brand plans.
  7. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  8. Exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  9. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and brand measurement methodologies.
  10. Creative and innovative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.
  11. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
