Job Description

Role Overview: At BMC, we are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Marketing Operations Business Intelligence Analyst to join our global Marketing Operations team with a focus on regional support. Your role will involve developing, analyzing, and interpreting campaign performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations, tracking KPIs, and delivering data-driven insights to optimize lead management processes and fuel growth. You will play a crucial part in transforming complex data into clear, compelling narratives that enable better decisions and more effective campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, analyze, and interpret campaign performance metrics across the full lifecycle - Provide actionable recommendations to regional and demand teams based on data-driven insights - Track KPIs, pipeline contribution, and marketing effectiveness - Measure attribution and ROI across campaigns and channels - Build segmentations to develop target account lists and personas - Provide insights on pipeline progression, opportunity influence, and marketing impact on bookings/revenue - Monitor lead flow, conversion rates, and funnel health within the region - Partner with sales and demand generation teams to improve lead quality, routing, and follow-up processes - Drive a train-the-trainer model to enable regional marketing teams to interpret data effectively - Collaborate with different pillars within Marketing Operations to scale the overall team - Identify opportunities to expand capabilities, streamline processes, and improve the impact of marketing data - Collaborate with global Marketing Operations to standardize and scale new analytics solutions across regions Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field - 3-5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Marketing Operations, or Business Intelligence (B2B experience preferred) - Strong storytelling skills for data readouts and dedicated enablement - Proficiency in data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) - Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua) - Strong Excel/Google Sheets and SQL skills; familiarity with statistical analysis a plus - Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse stakeholders - Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, matrixed environment Note: The company, BMC, is an award-winning, equal opportunity, culturally diverse organization that values giving back to the community and provides a supportive work environment where you can balance your priorities and bring your best every day.,
