The Role

Due to our consulting team's growth, we are looking for a Market Research Analyst to focus on conducting research within the ICT sector. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in ICT/TMT consulting/ market research and will be part of our consulting team.

🔑 What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and support our strategic engagement lifecycle.
• Conduct in-depth primary/secondary research specifically across key SMB ICT domains and channels, including (cloud, cybersecurity, hardware, SaaS, MSPs).
• Support market sizing engagements and thought leadership as needed.
• Develop compelling client-ready PPT reports, whitepapers, and presentations that effectively communicate insights in a logical and well-structured manner.
• Support pre-sales activities, including scoping, proposal support/development, helping define engagement objectives, methodology, deliverables, and required timing.
• Be a member of the engagement team to present findings to senior stakeholders and clients with clarity, precision, and know-how.

Annually:

• Work to progress into a Consultant - Research Manager role.

🛠 What You’ll Need

• Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in ICT research.
• Curiosity for the SMB ICT sector.
• Strong secondary and primary research skills.
• Designing surveys, questionnaires, and other data collection tools
• Superior quantitative research skills – able to analyse and model data
• Understanding of ICT market trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) with expertise in creating compelling presentations.
• Ability to support global client teams as needed.
• Ambition to grow quickly.

💼 What We Offer

• Competitive Base Salary: INR 450,000-750,000 annually, depending on experience.

The selected candidate will be engaged as an independent contractor. As such, they will be responsible for managing their own taxes, benefits, and any other financial and/or legal obligations associated with self-employment.
