The Role

Graphic Designer

If you’re strong in layout, enjoy working with charts, and can make complex ideas simple through visuals, we want to hear from you.  

🔑 What You’ll Do

• Design polished, high-impact PowerPoint decks.
• Transform insights and data into visuals that pop.
• Create infographics, layouts, and brand-consistent assets.
• Work closely with our strategy and sales team on client-facing deliverables.
• Develop impactful marketing materials for the website and outreach.
• Play a role in facilitating podcasts, e.g., creating appropriate marketing materials (nice-to-have).

🛠 What You’ll Need

• 2–3 years of experience in graphic design (consulting, research, or corporate preferred)
• Strong portfolio (slide design and data visuals)
• PowerPoint wizardry and Adobe Illustrator/InDesign (Canva/Figma a plus)
• Modern, minimal design aesthetic with attention to detail
• Willingness to work USA hours as required
• Bonus: Video/audio editing experience

💼 What We Offer

• Competitive Base Salary: INR 35,000-45,000 per month based on experience
• 3-month probation period, followed by a contract.

Additional Information- Independent contractor-oriented position

The selected candidate will be engaged as an independent contractor. As such, they will be responsible for managing their own taxes, benefits, and any other financial and/or legal obligations associated with self-employment.

Candidates must be authorized to work in India as an independent contractor and ensure compliance with all applicable tax and labour laws.
