Market Research Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and analytical professional to support Oteemos business growth through pipeline management, market research, and capture support activities. The ideal candidate will excel in data-driven decision-making, stakeholder communication, and operational rigor to ensure opportunities advance effectively through the sales cycle.

Shift Timing will be 12 PM to 10 PM IST

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily Business Development and capture activities to support revenue goals
  
• Conduct market and account research to identify potential customers, partners, and opportunities
  
• Maintain accurate pipeline documentation, outreach logs, and account intelligence in CRM systems
  
• Analyze and process sales data to generate insights, dashboards, and executive-ready reports
  
• Create compelling presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to leadership
  
• Support proposal development and follow-through to ensure timely capture progress
  

Core Requirements (Must-Have)

• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  
• Hands-on experience with sales outreach, research, and lead tracking
  
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, dashboards, data structuring)
  
• Strong PowerPoint / Google Slides capability for leadership-level storytelling
  
• Detail-oriented pipeline management and discipline in documentation
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Business Development support, Market Research, or Sales Operations
  
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho
  
• Experience in global or U.S.-based organizations and cross-time-zone communication
  
• Background in IT Services, Consulting, or SaaS-based business environments
  
• Strong written communication for reports and market summaries
