Research Advisor Customer Experience & Research (CXR)

• Train and educate clients on platform features and best practices
• Provide recommendations on research design and methodologies
• Support end-to-end project execution: planning, design, recruitment, fielding, analysis, and engagement
• Create training and educational materials
• Support billing and administrative processes
• Guide research participants and ensure a positive experience
• Share client feedback internally to enhance products and processes
  

Requirements

• BA/BS in research-related fields (MA/MS preferred but not required)
• 1–4 years of professional experience; 2–4 years in client-facing roles
• Strong client service and relationship management skills
• Proven ability to understand client needs and deliver high-quality support
• Excellent project and time management; able to manage multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge and interest in user/consumer research, UX, and qualitative analysis
• Strong communication skills—friendly yet professional
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to lear
• Technically curious with interest in research and technology
• Empathetic, collaborative, and able to work independently
