About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic professional with experience in Market Research, Email Marketing, and Email Sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BPO environments, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive engagement through targeted campaigns. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights. • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products/services and nurture leads. • Manage email sales outreach, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversion tracking. • Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. • Maintain compliance with data protection and email marketing regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications: • 2 to 3 years of experience in Market Research, Email Marketing, and Email Sales. • Prior experience in a BPO environment is mandatory. • Proficiency in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar). • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: • Knowledge of CRM systems and lead management tools. • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and automation tools.
