Job Title- Manager- Talent Acquisition Location - Dadar-Head Office Reporting To - CHRO Required Qualification - MBA-HR from reputed B-School/ university Experience- 15 to 20 years of experience and worked in Corporate / manufacturing setup. Technical Skill- Well versed in Sourcing/ Recruitment Strategy Experienced in understanding human resource impact on business and Employees. Possess the confidence and maturity to interact at senior management levels Should be well informed with new HR Tools/Strategies Role & responsibilities Sourcing/Recruitment - Lead end-to-end recruitment process for senior positions across various functions, including leadership hiring, headhunting, and executive hiring. Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent through industry mapping, networking, and social media outreach. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria. Manage candidate pipeline development by identifying potential candidates through various sources such as referrals, job boards, employee networks etc. Ensure timely communication with both internal (stakeholders) and external (candidates) parties throughout the recruitment process. Build the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners. Maintain complete Recruitment MIS and database of the profile sourced / interviewed / selected. Manpower Planning/Budgeting Manpower planning across all locations i.e. Marketing/Manufacturing.
