Role & responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment

  : Lead end-to-end hiringsourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management—for mid-to-senior and leadership roles across business functions.

• Process & Cost Efficiency

  : Reduce time-to-hire and cost-per-hire. Leverage job portals, social media, employee referrals, internal mobility (IJP), and vendor partnerships to optimize recruitment spend.

• Vendor & Channel Management

  : Strategically manage recruitment agencies and channels; ensure alignment with timelines and budgets.

• Data & Reporting

  : Prepare and present hiring dashboards, MIS, and recruitment analytics for leadership review.

• Employer Branding

  : Collaborate with HR/marketing to amplify Pidilite’s brand as an employer of choice.

• Stakeholder Engagement

  : Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners on workforce planning, hiring needs, and talent pipeline strategies.

• Induction & Onboarding

  : Enhance onboarding experience—coordinate induction, integration, and training campaigns for new hires.

• Strategic Initiatives

  : Drive TA process enhancements, implement tools (e.g., ATS), and build a scalable TA framework.

• Compliance & Standards

  : Ensure recruitment processes adhere to internal policies, labor regulations, and diversity goals.
