We are looking out for Structural design Engineer ( Oil and Gas) for our client office in Navi Mumbai Qualification- BE/ BTECH/ DIPLOMA IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING Should be open to Travel KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- - Project Estimations- Prepare project design basis for stress analysis. - Technical issues solving. - Responsible for Static and Dynamic pipe stress analysis for all types of projects. - Review of Clients technical documentation & requirements. - Responsible for project planning for piping stress analysis task. - Capable of reviewing Stress Reports, stress critical line lists, system formation, and support markup. -Should have hands on experience of software CAESAR II, AutoPipe, Rohr 2 / Peps. modelling and analysing piping and pipeline systems. -Capable of carrying out all calculations related to stress analysis of the systems such as Nozzle Displacement of various equipments, Slug force, Trunnion Calculations, PSV calculations, -Expansion Loop calculations, Expansion Joint, Spring/Hanger & Special support selection, Flange Leakage etc. -Capable of commenting and optimizing (routing changes, support location & type, etc.) on isometrics for updating in 3D model. -Check and issue piping loads to structural discipline for the design of pipe support, pipe-rack/technological structures, and foundations. -Verification of topography survey with chain age points for pipeline layout -Resource planning, work distribution, providing technical direction and assigning work to engineers on specific assignments. -Collaborate with other engineering disciplines. -Lead a team of 5-10 people. -Knowledge of all international codes and standards. -Presentation skills, organizing skills, Forward thinking, Innovation, and problem solving. -Flexible to work on challenging schedules. -Adherence to Quality Assurance system, procedures, Design basis, design guidelines /Standards/specifications as applicable. -Liasoning work with customers and vendors. -Change management. -QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS- -Bachelors or masters degree in mechanical engineering or a related field. -Software skills CAESAR II, Auto Pipe, Rohr 2 / Peps NAVIS WORKS AutoCAD MS Office, Relevant Tools Knowledge If the position interests you and you find a fitment kindly share your cv at Contact - 7011354635 Kindly share the following details - current ctc n notice period -Expected ctc -Relevant experience as piping stress engineer
