Manager- Talent Acquisition

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist in our company, your role will involve various key deliverables: - Financial Outcomes - Assist in determining hiring needs by collaborating with different functional heads, creating hiring forecasts, and managing budgets. - Ensure alignment of hiring strategies with budget constraints and forecasts to impact financial planning and cost management. - Customer Service - Align recruitment activities with business needs to provide high-quality service to internal stakeholders. - Focus on delivering excellent service to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. - Internal Processes - Manage the recruiting process efficiently using our Applicant Tracking System. - Optimize processes related to sourcing and channel management. - Ensure well-designed and executed internal recruitment processes according to service level agreements. - Innovation and Learning - Develop and maintain an active candidate pipeline for key roles by proactively mapping talent. - Implement talent sourcing strategies to build a diverse candidate pool. Qualifications Required: - Masters degree in General Management / Human Resources. - 5-8 years of HR experience in the Talent Acquisition vertical within HR. - Experience in FMCG/ Consumer Goods hiring will be an added advantage. Desirable Qualifications: - Strong network building capabilities, collaboration, and stakeholder management. - Understanding of end-to-end recruitment process and familiarity with various selection methods. - Strong track record and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards. - Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, Recruitment platforms, and HR databases.,
