Job Description

Looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts across multiple business verticals - from Engineering (R&D, Software, Hardware, Systems Engineering) to Operations (Production, Quality, SCM) and Support Functions (HR, Finance, IT, QMS).

In this role, you//'ll be responsible for designing and executing effective hiring strategies, managing campus recruitment programs at top institutes (IITs, NITs, BITS, IIMs), and driving end-to-end talent acquisition initiatives to attract, assess, and onboard exceptional talent. You//'ll collaborate closely with business leaders to forecast manpower needs, ensure role alignment, and enhance the overall candidate experience.
