Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager – Talent Acquisition, based in Gurugram, Haryana. The Manager – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding top talent, building talent pipelines, and managing hiring processes end-to-end. The responsibilities will include creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with various departments to fulfill organizational staffing needs. The role also involves tracking recruitment metrics, maintaining relationships with hiring managers, and employing innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates.

Qualifications

• Talent acquisition expertise, including sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding
• Proficiency in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage hiring processes efficiently and maintain confidentiality
• Prior experience in hiring for financial services, housing finance, or similar industries is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to meet hiring deadlines and work under tight timelines
• Master’s degree or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
