Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Operations Manager based in Sujangarh. The Branch Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at the branch, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Duties include managing loan application processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating with the head office, and supervising branch staff. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring the smooth operation of branch activities.
