Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager, located in Rae Bareli. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage the sales team, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role includes loan processing, approval, and disbursement activities. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing branch profitability, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in sales and customer service
• Knowledge of loan processing.
• Ability to manage branch operations and profitability
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the financial sector
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the housing finance sector is a plus.
