Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gandhinagar for a Branch Manager at SRG Housing Finance Ltd. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations, managing and mentoring branch staff, achieving financial and business targets, and maintaining client relationships. Key responsibilities will include loan portfolio management, implementing strategies to acquire new clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and preparing financial and operational reports. The Branch Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of outstanding customer service and promoting business growth in the surrounding region.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills to supervise and motivate branch staff.
• Experience in financial services, loan management, and credit analysis, particularly in the housing finance or related industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to housing finance and financial operations.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is required; MBA or related higher qualification is advantageous.
• Proficiency in local languages and an understanding of regional markets will be a plus.
• Prior experience in a managerial role within financial services is highly desirable.
