Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Collection Manager based in Ratlam or Ujjain locations. The Area Collection Manager will be responsible for overseeing the collection of payments, managing collection agents, negotiating with defaulters, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Responsibilities also include maintaining records, preparing reports, and developing strategies to improve collection efficiency.

• Experience in managing collections and handling sressed default cases
• Skills in negotiation and conflict resolution
• Ability to lead and manage a team of collection agents
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective collection strategies
• Familiarity with the housing finance sector and regulatory requirements
• Bachelor's degree
• Having own vehicle
• Ready to mobilise in ineterior part of western MP.
