Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Requirements Analyst located in Udaipur, Rajasthan. The role involves gathering, managing, and analyzing business requirements, preparing detailed requirement specifications, and ensuring effective requirements management throughout the project lifecycle. The Senior Requirements Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, perform gap analysis, and provide actionable insights for improving business processes.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Requirements Specifications and Requirements Analysis
• Proficiency in Requirements Management and documenting Business Requirements
• Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate and streamline business operations
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Educational background in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in housing finance or financial services is advantageous
