Roles & Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Strategy

  : Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to the needs of the real estate industry.

• Team Management

  : Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, coordinators, and sourcers, equipping them with the necessary skills and resources to attract top talent.

• Candidate Sourcing

  : Oversee sourcing efforts to identify candidates with expertise in real estate sales, property management, and other related fields.

• Employer Branding

  : Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote the company's employer brand and career opportunities within the real estate sector.

• Relationship Management

  : Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, brokers, and industry associations, to understand talent needs and market dynamics.

• Talent Pipeline Development

  : Implement strategies to nurture and expand the talent pipeline by engaging with universities, industry events, and professional networks.

• Performance Metrics & Compliance

  : Establish and track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire. Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to relevant labor laws and industry standards.

Skills Required

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in team handling within the
