You will be responsible for managing and delivering end-to-end hiring processes across various business functions, specifically focusing on early careers, implementing innovative sourcing strategies, and handling volume recruitment. Your role will require collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality hires, building and reinforcing talent pipelines, and contributing to organizational growth through efficient and data-driven hiring practices. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing hiring activities for retail operations, volume recruitment, and corporate positions within specified timelines and budgets. You will be tasked with designing and overseeing recruitment processes for graduate hiring, internships, and entry-level talent to cultivate future workforce capabilities. Additionally, you will need to devise creative sourcing methods, utilize social and digital platforms, and optimize vendor and partner networks to attract top talent. Working closely with business leaders and HR business partners, you will need to comprehend workforce requirements and deliver tailored talent solutions. It will be essential for you to implement and manage assessment platforms to ensure consistent and unbiased evaluation practices. Monitoring talent availability, analyzing skills demand, and staying updated on competitor practices will be crucial in guiding sourcing and hiring strategies. Collaborating on initiatives to enhance campus and market presence and leading projects to streamline hiring processes, reduce time-to-hire durations, and improve candidate experiences will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of overall HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to talent acquisition execution. Demonstrated success in managing volume and corporate hiring, along with a solid background in early careers and campus recruitment, is required. Hands-on experience with various sourcing strategies, assessment tools, and recruitment technologies is also essential. Key skills for this role include expertise in sourcing and talent mapping, effective stakeholder management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, a data-driven approach with a focus on execution, the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment, and proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems.,
