Roles & Responsibilities:

• PR Strategy & Content

  : Contribute to discussions on story ideas and planning PR campaigns. Develop content and draft quotes for various platforms. Prepare category and competition scans.

• Media Relations

  : Scan the latest print and online news to identify relevant story ideas. Prepare media pitch notes and connect with a network of journalists on a pan-India basis.

• Digital & Social Media

  : Draft social media posts and find relevant tags and hashtags. Understand and engage with new-age media platforms like Twitter Spaces and podcasts.

• Reporting & Analysis

  : Prepare monthly and quarterly reviews to track campaign performance.

Skills Required

• Prior experience of 2 to 10 years working in

  public relations

  and

  brand building

  with a PR firm.
• A degree in

  Journalism

  or

  Mass Communication

  .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to make presentations.
• Strong network of journalists and associates on a pan-India basis.
• Deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with

  Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets

  , and

  Docs

  .
• Knowledge of the

  stock market

  and

  mutual funds

  is a plus.

QUALIFICATION:

• A degree in Journalism or Mass Communication is a key requirement.
