Role Overview

PR & Collaborations Lead

The ideal candidate will bring strong media relationships, a creative mindset, and proven experience in influencer marketing, collaborations, and luxury brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Public Relations & Media Strategy

• Develop and execute an integrated PR strategy aligned with business and brand objectives
• Manage and oversee external PR agencies to ensure consistent messaging and measurable outcomes
• Drive sustained media coverage across print, digital, television, and lifestyle platforms
• Plan and execute press launches, media events, tastings, and experiential showcases
• Handle media queries, crisis communication, and reputation management

Brand Voice & Storytelling

• Own and refine the brand voice across restaurants, catering, banquets, and luxury offerings
• Ensure consistency in brand communication across press releases, interviews, features, and collaborations
• Identify compelling brand stories, founders’ narratives, and cultural moments to pitch to media

Influencer Marketing & Cultural Collaborations

• Design and execute influencer strategies across food, lifestyle, luxury, travel, and culture domains
• Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with key influencers, tastemakers, and creators
• Conceptualize and execute high-visibility collaborations, pop-ups, and cultural partnerships
• Track performance, ROI, and impact of influencer and collaboration campaigns

Strategic Partnerships

• Build and manage partnerships with luxury brands, hotels, banquets, event companies, and cultural platforms
• Identify co-branding and cross-promotion opportunities that enhance brand equity
• Negotiate partnership terms and manage long-term relationship value

Chairman’s Personal Brand & Thought Leadership

• Shape and manage the Chairman’s personal brand narrative in line with company vision
• Secure speaking opportunities, interviews, features, and thought leadership placements
• Coordinate media training, messaging, and positioning for leadership visibility

Reporting & Stakeholder Management

• Prepare PR and brand performance reports with clear insights and outcomes
• Work closely with internal marketing, digital, operations, and leadership teams
• Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables efficiently

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience

• 7–10+ years of experience in PR, communications, brand marketing, or collaborations
• Prior experience in hospitality, F&B, luxury, lifestyle, fashion, or consumer brands preferred
• Strong network with journalists, editors, influencers, and cultural stakeholders

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
• Proven ability to manage agencies and multiple stakeholders
• Creative mindset with strong understanding of luxury branding and storytelling
• Data-driven approach to campaign measurement and reporting
