Sales RSM Professional

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development

    : Make product presentations to builders,

    MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing)

    /plumbing contractors, and consultants. Identify new clients, and appoint new dealers and distributors to expand the customer base.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution

    : Reach sales targets and goals for your area. Develop sales strategies and set targets for yourself and your team.
  • Team Management

    : Monitor your team's performance and motivate them to achieve their targets.
  • Client & Market Management

    : Maintain and expand relationships with existing and new customers. Handle major customer accounts personally. Collect customer feedback and conduct market research.
  • Competitor Analysis

    : Stay up-to-date with information about competitors and their products.

Skills Required

  • A minimum of 5-15 years of experience in sales within the

    Building Material Industry

    .
  • A background in selling technical products.
  • Experience in working with builders,

    MEP/plumbing contractors

    , and consultants.
  • Strong skills in

    sales planning

    and

    sales coordination

    .
  • Fluency in both English and the local language.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Any Graduate, with due weightage given to candidates with a

    B.Sc, BE

    , or Diploma in Engineering.
