We are seeking a dynamic Manager/Senior Manager of Operations to support the Operations Director in managing daily business operations, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring that organizational goals are met. The role involves overseeing workflows, supporting process improvements, ensuring compliance, and assisting with team management for our teams across India & the US while acting as a key liaison between leadership and stakeholders.
o Oversee and coordinate daily operations across departments to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
o Monitor workflows, identify bottlenecks, and drive process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
o Support technology adoption and system migrations to strengthen operational effectiveness.
o Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans and operational objectives.
o Support budgeting, resource allocation, and cost optimization activities.
o Coordinate special projects and ensure the timely delivery of milestones.
o Serve as a liaison between the Management and internal/external stakeholders.
o Supervise staff on behalf of the Managers in their absence.
o Assist in workforce planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
o Support employee engagement and development initiatives in alignment with organizational objectives.
o Monitor adherence to operational standards, internal controls, data security, policies, and regulatory requirements.
o Identify risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
o Ensure quality assurance measures are effectively implemented.
o Prepare presentations, reports, analyses, operational dashboards, status report, and performance
metrics for review by leadership and the board.
o Communicate updates, priorities, and action plans across teams.
o Ensure consistent and professional documentation of operational activities.
● Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
● Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent leadership, people management, and communication abilities.
● Proficiency in MS Office and workflow/project management tools.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global work environment with attention to detail.
● Collaborative, reliable, and adaptable with a solution-driven mindset.
