You will be serving as the Tax Director for Individual Tax in our organization, bringing your expertise in US individual taxation to lead a team and ensure exceptional client service. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating technical leadership and providing top-notch client service by being the subject matter expert on US individual taxation, preparing and reviewing complex US tax returns, and engaging directly with clients to address inquiries and resolve tax issues. - Taking charge of knowledge management and training by designing and delivering training programs for team members, maintaining a centralized knowledge repository for US tax laws, and mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their expertise. - Driving process improvement and collaboration by analyzing tax preparation workflows, partnering with the Operations team to implement efficient processes, and collaborating with our Plano, TX office to ensure seamless client service and knowledge sharing.
