Introduction We are seeking a Manager/ Senior Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for Casting/Forging Sourcing. In this position, you will report to the Director, Procurement, Alwar Plant This position is mainly located in Alwar (Rajasthan) What you’ll do Develop and manage suppliers for casting and forging components Drive cost optimization and supplier consolidation initiatives Ensure compliance with global sourcing standards and processes Collaborate cross-functionally for timely development and delivery of components Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management reviews Negotiate contracts and maintain strong supplier relationships Support new product development and re-sourcing projects Who you are 7 to 10 years’ experience in sourcing B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, MBA Preferred Preferred Industry Background will be of Aggregates, Mining, Heavy Engineering, or related sectors Strong negotiation and Costing expertise communication skills Sound knowledge of Casting/ forging/ Pattern/ Dies Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Ability to work collaboratively with global teams Strong Supplier Relationships Excellent communication skills Component development knowledge Adaptability and willingness to travel as per requirement What's in it for you Wellbeing and safety - benefit from occupational healthcare, generous benefits plan, healthy living rewards, mental well-being services, meal benefits, and engagement surveys.
