Job Description

The position is responsible for developing and managing relationships with prospective clients and existing tenants across Embassys Office Parks. The individual is responsible for achieving revenue and leasing targets, as well as specific client outcomes assigned by the Reporting Manager, in alignment with team goals and the overall business plan.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Carry out substantive business development work to secure new tenancies and prospects, and support the overall leasing efforts of the team.
  • Create business development and leasing-related materials including responses to queries, RFPs, proposals, and pitches.
  • Understand and execute work related to leasing transactions and renewals.
  • Ensure accurate inputs for finalization of lease agreements and completion of lease documentation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, leasing agents, and brokers.
  • Manage relationships with assigned clients, balancing relationship management with commercial acumen to deliver optimal financial outcomes.
  • Ensure execution of lease management administration processes, including updating all lease agreements in the system post-negotiation and registration.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information, proposals, and business development details in the system.
  • Support leasing processes and closures through coordinated efforts across Leasing, Legal, Operations, Projects, and PM partners.
  • Maintain a participative approach and provide practical solutions to enable effective closure of matters.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as assigned, in accordance with agreed content, standards, and timelines.
  • Implement process initiatives using technology and management tools to collaborate and communicate internally and externally.
Qualifications and Work Experience
Graduate or Post Graduate with relevant experience, demonstrating a mature outlook and a collaborative approach to managing clients and stakeholders.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with clients and partners/associates.
  • High initiative and strong drive for results, with a focus on follow-through and outcomes.
  • Resourceful and able to work through constraints while maintaining quality and timelines.
  • Responsive to client and business needs with quick and effective turnaround of information and deliverables.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and thorough documentation skills.
  • Understanding of RFP, commercial, and legal requirements, with working knowledge of technical aspects related to property leasing.
  • Awareness of latest industry trends, market dynamics, leasing activities, and competition.
