. We are seeking a results-driven Manager, Project P&L with strong financial acumen and automation expertise. This role is responsible for overseeing project-level financial performance, improving efficiency through automation, and supporting strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring over 12 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in reporting tools, business partnering, and cost management. Here Is a Glimpse Of What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end project P&L management, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Develop automated financial reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI and Excel macros.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with project goals and timelines.
  • Present financial performance insights and risk assessments to senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and financial reporting standards.
  • Identify and drive process improvements through automation and best practices.
  • Guide and support junior team members on finance and reporting tools.

Here Is Some Of What You’ll Need (required)

  • Master’s in finance with (10–15) years of experience in financial planning, project finance, and P&L management.
  • Strong skills in Power BI, Excel (advanced), Hyperion, SAP, and other reporting systems.
  • Lean Six Sigma or equivalent certification in process improvement is a plus.
  • P&L Management, Cost Analysis, Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Reporting Automation (Power BI, Excel VBA/Macros)
  • Stakeholder Management & Business Partnering
  • Compliance & Internal Controls (SOX)
