Role & responsibilities

Preparing quotations
Handling Enquiries from customers
For queries coordinate with customer or sales engineer
Support for technical clearance after submission of quotation and receipt of PO.
After receipt of order, check the order technically & commercially wrt quotation & enquiries
Technically order registration for further processing
Making BOM and arranging material
Making job order.
Planning and sequence in day to day activities in terms of materials requirement and manpower deployment to achieve maximum productivity.
