Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and ongoing optimization of high-budget, multi-channel paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn. Develop and implement comprehensive full-funnel advertising strategies, driving brand awareness, demand generation, and high-quality lead acquisition. Conduct advanced keyword and audience research, segmentation, A/B and multivariate testing, and deep performance analysis to inform continuous improvements. Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, marketing, sales, and creative teams to align campaign strategy with broader business objectives. Provide strategic direction on campaign structure, budgeting, bidding models, and attribution frameworks. Monitor KPIs and ROI using analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and third-party tools), delivering clear, data-driven insights and executive-level reporting. Stay at the forefront of digital advertising trends, platform updates, and emerging formats to proactively identify new growth opportunities. What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of proven success in performance marketing, managing large-scale paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Strong strategic thinking ability to design media plans aligned with business goals. In-depth knowledge of digital advertising ecosystems, campaign architecture, bidding strategies, tracking implementation, and data attribution models. Demonstrated expertise in audience development, funnel strategy and campaign optimization. Confident, self-driven professional with excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Experience working in or with Real Estate or service-based sectors is a strong plus. Preference: Prior experience mentoring junior marketers or leading a small performance marketing team.
