About Us:
Veejay Associates is a leading distributor handling premium brands such as Shanthi, Keventer, Epigamia, London Dairy, and Heritage. We operate across Kochi, Thrissur, and Bangalore with a strong presence in cold chain and FMCG distribution.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an Operations Manager for our Bangalore branch to oversee day-to-day operations, sales order management, warehouse, vehicles, team leadership, and collection follow-up. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth branch functioning while driving growth and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage purchase & sales orders for all brands, ensuring timely delivery and accurate billing.
• Oversee stock & inventory control, including physical verification and return of expired goods.
• Handle warehouse & cold storage operations, including vendor coordination and rent verification.
• Supervise vehicle allocation, fuel tracking, document renewals, and maintenance.
• Ensure office compliance, documentation, and staff discipline.
• Follow up with customers for timely collections and maintain collection reports.
• Submit daily/weekly MIS reports to Head Office.
• Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve sales and operational goals.
• Coordinate with retail brand managers for business expansion.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in FMCG / Distribution / Supply Chain Operations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and credit control.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP tools preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
