Job Description

Manage and monitor all parking operations across assigned locations.
Supervise staff such as cashiers, traffic wardens, supervisors, and shift in-charges.
Ensure proper deployment of staff as per the duty roster.
Check daily attendance, shift handovers, and Comp Off validation.
Ensure cash collection, cash handling, and cash deposit procedures are followed accurately.
Review reports such as daily revenue, occupancy, and shift logs.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and smooth vehicle flow.
Coordinate with the maintenance team for equipment repairs (boom barriers, kiosks, POS, CCTV, etc.).
Train staff on operational procedures, customer service, and safety.
Ensure all staff follow company policies, uniforms, and behavior standards.
Prepare monthly operational reports and share with management.
Support management in planning improvements to increase efficiency and revenue.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹47,000.00 per month
