Job Description

Overview
The Operations Manager will build efficient operational systems, improve processes, and coordinate across departments to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enforce policies and SOPs.
Standardize workflows across sales, inventory, logistics, finance, and after-sales.
Lead cross-functional projects and process improvements.
Monitor KPIs and identify performance gaps.
Ensure smooth coordination between departments.
Manage compliance, risks, and internal controls.
Train staff on operational standards.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree; proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM.
Fluent in English & Malayalam.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience in process optimization and SOP/policy development.

Personal Attributes
Detail-oriented, strategic, ethical, and strong in leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,550.03 - ₹52,820.43 per month
