Manager Operations

As a Logistics Manager at our company, you will be responsible for the entire logistics lifecycle and operations, focusing on planning, procurement, inventory control, rate-setting, outsourcing, vendor selection, and distribution. Your main goal will be to strengthen and expand our logistics supply chain while managing activities Pan-India. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate the development of solutions to complex logistics support problems with other product support functions, customers, and suppliers - Develop and implement logistics plans including supplier contracts, routing guidelines, problem resolution, and cost containment - Create and execute Last Mile Delivery Strategy - Implement strategies for establishing Distribution and Fulfillment Centers - Devise a strategy to expand Logistics, Operations, and Warehousing Pan-India - Manage relationships with third-party vendors - Evaluate Logistics Supply Chain needs and make informed selections - Collaborate across the organization to ensure successful execution of logistics operations and support - Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency - Lead the implementation of best practices through process and technology enhancements - Establish key performance metrics and benchmarks related to group logistics planning Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of relevant experience in Logistics Management - Knowledge in Supply Chain Management, Last Mile Delivery, and Distribution and Fulfillment Centers" Management (experience preferred) - Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - Understanding of market dynamics, legal, and regulatory landscape - Confident with exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence at all levels If you are passionate about logistics and have the required experience and skills, we encourage you to apply for this challenging role.,
