• Oversee import & export operations, documentation, and compliance.
• Coordinate logistics, shipment planning, and timely dispatches.
• Handle banking activities related to LC, BG, and trade documentation.
• Manage sales order processing and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Supervise office operations, vendor coordination, and administration.

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field.
• 5 10 years of proven experience in operations, preferably in import/export-based industries.
• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and international trade documentation.
• Good understanding of banking processes related to trade finance.
• Excellent logistics coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and documentation tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational abilities.
