We are looking for a dedicated Regulatory Executive to manage and coordinate all regulatory and licensing activities of the company. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with government regulations, timely renewal of licenses, documentation management, and communication with regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling all licensing work including application, renewal, modification, and compliance.
Preparing and maintaining regulatory documents, certificates, and submissions.
Coordinating with government bodies such as CDSCO, State FDA, GST, IEC, MSME, Pollution Control Board, etc.
Monitoring regulatory updates and ensuring all required compliance is met.
Maintaining records of approvals, certificates, agreements, and statutory documents.
Following up with authorities and stakeholders for timely approvals.
Supporting audits and inspections.
Assisting in preparation of SOPs and internal compliance guidelines.
Ensuring all regulatory communication is accurate and timely.

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Pharmacy, Science, or related field (preferred).
Atleast 2 years of total experience in regulatory field.
Prior experience in regulatory and licensing work.
Strong knowledge of documentation and compliance processes.
Good communication & coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and online government portals.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
