Diploma/ Degree in Biomedical engineering or related field Location: Noida Posted: Oct. 24, 2025 Job Description We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Demo & Application Engineer (Medical Device) to handle product demonstrations, installations, and technical support for our customers. The role involves working closely with the sales and service teams to ensure proper product understanding, customer satisfaction, and smooth operation of equipment at client sites. Key Responsibilities: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients and prospects. Perform installation, calibration, and application support of instruments/equipment at customer sites. Provide technical training and operational guidance to end-users. Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate with the service team for resolutions. Prepare demo reports, application notes, and feedback documents after client visits. Participate in exhibitions, workshops, and seminars as a technical representative. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely response and professional support. Requirements: Diploma/ Degree in Biomedical engineering or related field. 1-3 year experience is required. Strong understanding of medical equipment. Good communication and presentation skills. Hands-on experience in product demonstration, installation, or customer training. Problem-solving attitude with strong technical aptitude. Ability to travel frequently to client sites.
