Job Description

1. Verify the Site Attendance sheet on daily basis, find out absent and leave taken by the staff for reporting to the General Manager.

2. Coordinate with Site Executive for assessing their manpower requirements;

3. Interface with employee referral scheme (ERS)/recruitment agencies/ placement consultants for selection of appropriate candidates and forwarding vital information about the position requirements and associated remuneration and privileges;

4. Consult with the concerned person/s and draw up the shortlist of candidates for interview.

5. Invite the short listed candidates for interviews, and will ultimately make a recommendation to the General Manager for appointment.

6. Make arrangements for induction and orientation programmes for the newly recruited candidates for making them familiar with company culture and activities;

7. Prepare a check list for selected candidates to ensure all relevant documents, photographs received and requisite forms are also filled up, than issue appointment letter.

8. Ensure all employees having Identity Cards, Bank A/c, E.S.I Cards within 10 days of their joining.

9. Declaration forms under E.S.I should be submitted within 10 days of joining of a new employee positively.

10. Update muster Roll, Leave record and prepare salary positively by 2nd of the month.

11. Ensure all salaries have been transferred to salary accounts by 5th of the month.

12. Ensure all Govt. Challans & statutory returns has been submitting within the specified period.

13. Conduct employee performance on a periodical basis, as per the specified company policies;

14. Formulate policies for attendance, Late Coming, Leaves & Holidays and procedure to follow them;

15. Ascertain the specific training needs of employees and accordingly arrange training programmes for improving learning curve;

16. Timely Motivate and Counsel with staff to reduce adverse effect on operations and henceforth increasing their working capabilities;

17. To liaison with govt. Departments. Like- P.F, E.S.I, Labour Depts. etc.

18. Conduct Exit Interviews of the employees who leaving the organization.

Experience: 5 to 10 years in HR

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
