Role & responsibilities Human Resource (HR): 1. Plan for the sufficient and stable supply of Contractual manpower to fulfil production schedules with proper planning. 2. Develop, Execute, Manage and Administer policies and programs related to employment, employee relations, wage and salary administration, training, orientation, safety, health and environment effectively and in accordance with company policies and government regulations. Communicate and work with Team for HR specific questions, problems or policy interpretation. 3. Manage the employment process of Contract and Company employees for the plant including interviews, recruitment, selection, offers of employment and new hire orientation/Induction process in compliance with company policies and government regulations. 4. Develop, administer, and/or select training programs for employees as per TNI and coordinate or conduct training sessions to promote a well-trained and safety conscious work culture and develop sustained team. 5. Oversee and coordinate all necessary safety related tasks including training, inspections, internal audits, Customer Audits, System Audits (IATF& Other), reporting and compliance with governmental regulations. 6. Formulation of JDs, KRA/KPI and monitor Performance Appraisals, Employee Cost through MRM. 7. Employee Engagement, Employee Satisfaction, Reward-Recognition. 8. Exit process and its analysis. 9. HR Audit and its compliance. 10. Automation of HR/IR/Administrative functions. Industrial Relations (IR): 1. Ensure Legal compliance with statutory provisions with respect to people practices and process. 2. Responsible for handling all IR related issues and maintain Industrial Peace and Harmony by handling various complaints and Managing grievances procedures. 3. As and when required facilitate for Counselling and Disciplinary actions. 4. Lead and coordinate for various legal committees like Safety Committee, IRC, POSH, 5S and its compliance. 5. Coordinate for Legal Proceedings if any. Administration: 1. Estate Management, it includes Maintenance and overall administration of company properties (Building, Land, Furniture, Vehicle, Equipment etc), documentation, liaison with Local / Govt Authorities- DISH, MPCB, Labour Office, Police, Tahsil, Collector office etc. for getting Approvals, Clearances, NOCs as required. 2. Security Management, it includes safety, discipline, Theft prevention and security of people and property of the company. 3. Facility Management, it includes top class housekeeping practices and healthy environment conditions. 4. Guest and Canteen Management, it includes arrangement for quality food, pure water and related services to the satisfaction of the employees and the guests. 5. Vendor Management, it includes cost effective services, AMCs, New service Vendor development for the purpose of running the business effectively and drafting the agreements for the same.
