1. Verify the Site Attendance sheet on daily basis, find out absent and leave taken by the staff for reporting to the General Manager. 2. Coordinate with Site Executive for assessing their manpower requirements; 3. Interface with employee referral scheme (ERS)/recruitment agencies/ placement consultants for selection of appropriate candidates and forwarding vital information about the position requirements and associated remuneration and privileges; 4. Consult with the concerned person/s and draw up the shortlist of candidates for interview. 5.
