Shift Supervisor

1. Supervision and Operations

• Oversee daily parking operations and ensure smooth vehicle flow within the premises.
• Assign duties and monitor the performance of parking attendants and security personnel.
• Ensure that parking areas are clean, safe, and well-organized at all times.
• Manage entry and exit points to prevent congestion and unauthorized access.

2. Staff Management

• Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower coverage.
• Train and guide parking staff on procedures, customer service, and safety standards.
• Monitor employee discipline, attendance, and adherence to company policies.

3. Customer Service

• Assist customers in locating parking spaces and resolving parking-related issues.
• Handle complaints or disputes courteously and professionally.
• Ensure signage and instructions are clear and visible to customers.

4. Security and Safety

• Coordinate with security and maintenance teams for safety and operational efficiency.
• Enforce safety regulations to prevent accidents, theft, or damage to vehicles.

5. Record Keeping and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of parking occupancy, revenue (if applicable), and incidents.
• Submit daily or weekly reports to management regarding operations and performance.
• Monitor and verify parking tickets, access cards, and system logs.

6. Maintenance Coordination

• Inspect parking equipment (barriers, ticket machines, lighting, etc.) regularly.
• Report any faults or maintenance issues to the concerned department for prompt repair.

7. Compliance and Improvement

• Ensure compliance with company policies and local parking regulations.
• Suggest improvements for better efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
