Job Description

As a Manager of Operations, your role will involve overseeing core operational functions, driving process improvement initiatives, enhancing cross-functional coordination, and ensuring resource optimization to meet organizational goals. Your analytical thinking skills and strong leadership abilities will be crucial in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee organization-wide resource allocation, staffing, and workforce planning in collaboration with department heads and HR. - Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, operational audits, and performance metrics evaluation. - Design and implement strategies to optimize business workflows and operational processes. - Conduct high-level analysis using statistical tools to support decision-making. - Ensure implementation and compliance of standardized procedures, policies, and operational protocols. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to automate key operational processes based on industry benchmarks and best practices. - Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments; provide actionable insights to senior leadership. - Ensure timely project invoicing, cost management, and alignment with financial goals. - Oversee timesheet compliance and ensure efficient project staffing and resource allocation. - Prepare and present executive-level reports on operational performance, improvements, and risk assessments. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in Operations management. - Experience with Zoho Projects or similar tools for time tracking and project management. - Strong background in data analysis, business process reengineering, and strategic planning. - Proficient in using analytics software and process automation tools. - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. You will also be expected to possess skills in process improvement, analytics software, project management, resource allocation, operations management, data analysis, business process reengineering, analytics tools, automation tools, strategic planning, and leadership.
